Having a problem. Can't gain weight. I haven't worked out (per se) in over a month and a half, have been eating way more than I usually do, and yet I have only put on a pound or two. Girlies--> what is up with this?? Any suggestions? I'm looking at maybe 50lbs, but not much more. Also, I am highly interested in maintaining the same level of activity, so how do you stay in shape enough to go backpacking and dancing without being all winded and out of shape completely?? Is this a possible combination, or am I just dreaming?
