Hello All,
I was at my job today (whom shall not be named) and I found a little secret. We recently switched vendors and uniform pieces. The new uniforms can only be ordered at a certain size the company stated that they cannot be altered in any way nor specialty ordered. The idea is that if you cannot fit into the uniform, you cannot wear the uniform and therefore you cannot work. I thought there may be a legal issue but I do work in security sensitive position (Some people know what I do :)) I was wondering about other peoples thoughts about this and if anyone has experienced something related to this. Although Im not plus sized Im scared this could turn into a trend to combat size discrimination
