I've searched the archives for this one, to no avail. In it, a guy finds the love of his life while working on a reality tv show and it mainly focuses on him and the director who becomes his love interest. However, it also looks at the three couples on the show itself, and how it affects them. It's rather sweet, so if anyone knows the name of this story, I'd love to know.
