I really like these sort of stories. When formerly thin patient goes annual check up and doctor or nurse put patient to scale and will weight him or her. Then they are shocked that patient has gained weight, are negative or postive about it. There would be also humilation involved how fat or big patient has become.
Example slim nurse put patient on scale and when nurse checks weight and discoveres that weight has gone up she would start rant to patient how fat he or she has become and take measurements while humilating the patient.
