Honestly, i think he will be found guilty "somehow." Even my Mom and sister, both RNs of some kind, one very very experienced one for about a year, good for them, say he is "totally incompetent," so.. after listening to the arguments, i dont think the defense had a whole lot to go on, and i think he will be found guilty.
