Morphs v. Real: How does one know?

Hello!

How are you all? Well, although I consider myself computer literate I am looking for some help. Is there anyway one can tell if a picture is a morph? I received a photo from a girl I know but I swear it has to be a morph. However, she claims it truly isn't.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in letting me figure this mystery out.
