Would anyone like to do a little pro & con game with me with concerns to moving to the Clearwater/St. Pete/ Largo area of Florida? I do have a line of income lined up, and actually plan on opening a business in the near future (so if there are any business owners past or present that can add to the pro's and con's that would be a plus). BBW/BHM friendly? Fun all year round? Any other input. :bow:
