1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 cup your choice of diced mixed fresh veggies

Set 1:
1 cup Bread Crumbs Unseasoned
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Brown Sugar

Set 2:
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Malt Vinegar
2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
A pinch each of Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, and Pepper

Combine Set 1 ingredients in a large bowl and let sit.

Combine Set 2 ingredients and refrigerate for at least 20 min.

Mix Set 1 with the ground beef until well blended.

Remove Set 2 from the fridge and mix in with beef and Set 1 until the mixture is moist and well blended.

Mix in veggies again until well blended

Grease a baking sheet and shape mixture into a loaf shape and coat with bread crumbs.

Bake in a 350 degree oven. For about 50 min. or until loaf reaches 160 degrees internally.

Let sit for 5 minutes after cooking to cool and set.

Cut into about inch thick slices and enjoy!

Please let me know if you try it and if you liked it or not.
