On the way to the bathroom my wife's hand slipped off of a door knob and she fell to the floor. For the next 2 hours she tried to get back up but could not.
Finally she decided to let me try it my way.
At the NAAFA convention this summer we watched a lifter being deminstrated.
It is a super strong water proof blanked with four handles. I bought one.
I got the blanket under my lovely wife. She was now on top of it and there were 4 handles sticking out on the left side of her and 4 sticking out on the right side of her.
I then got 4 strong neighbors to come.
With two of us on each side, each holding two handles and one neighbor at her feet to keep them from sliding, once we started lifting my wife was up in less then a minute.
