Need help for a magazine selection?

Hi ladies,

Shopping for Christmas here.....

Hopefully you can help me out. I'm totally out of the loop on kids stuff....but my young teenage niece LOVES to read, loves fashion, and has parents who frown on a lot of celebrity crap. Are there any print magazines out there that she might enjoy? Some celebrity news is ok, just hoping for something that's more creative / wholesome? Has anyone actually seen Teen Vogue?

Any input would be helpful. My small town doesn't carry a big variety of magazines in their stores, so I can't just go look.
