I recently had an email from a friend with a new recipe she said I just had to try. She knows I have just 2 criteria ( easy and great taste) and said this would fill the bill..and it really did.

Lemonade Cake

1 Box lemon cake mix
3/4 C frozen lemonade concentrate
3/4 - 1 C powdered sugar
1 small container cool whip

1. Mix and bake cake according to package directions
2. Cool for 15 minutes and the poke holes (at 1" intervals) with a wooden skewer
3. Mix lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar until sugar has dissolved
4. Pour over cake
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours
6. "Frost" with cool whip
7. Refrigerate until ready to serve

This cake is light and tastes like a glass of lemonade..hope you enjoy
