peaches4bbw brought up a very good point about having a meet and greet for newbies...
therefore, please SIGN UP for our 3-minute speedmeeting gathering on Friday from 5-7. (idea taken directly from the vegas bash)
the setup is as follows - the group of people attending join in a round-robin of meeting one another. each pair has 3 minutes to introduce themselves. when the 3 minutes are up, people then rotate to the next person. ice-breaker questions will be provided...

just to clarify: SPEEDMEETING IS NOT SPEEDDATING!
p.s. while speedmeeting is great for those who want to meet new people, it is also a RIOT for those who already know everyone... (i speak from personal experience)
