it had a guy who ended up in a spa or gym where lots of other men where gaining and helping each other.. it was somewhere tropical and it was unfinished.. in the end hes so desperate to get fat they give him some sort of force feeding ritual....
sorry it must have been ages since i read this one, my memories so hazy.
