Pick One: Monkey Wrenches or Vitamins?

If you had to give up monkey wrenches OR vitamins for a year, which one would take the axe?

Monkey wrenches are nice, but do I really want to make do without the nutritional assistance of vitamins?

On the other hand, if I choose vitamins, what happens the next time I need to take my plumbing apart?

I'm torn! Can't pick just one! :doh:
