On and off for the past couple years I have gotten a red itchy rash under my arms, one arm is worse then the other. It comes and goes every few months. Now it is bad and the skin is very dry but is is no longer itchy. I am getting ready to go on a cruise and plan on wearing tank dresses and hate the thought of this ugly rash hindering my fun.
