hey folks, I just wanted to share an idea that I was talking over with a friend. She has been on and off weight watchers for years, and now can do most of the 'points' system in her head. We both quite liked the idea of working out a weight-gain plan using the weight watchers system...25 points for me to maintain...target 50-70 points a day, and see what happens...
any other painstakingly worked out weight loss systems that could be mocked in the same way?
....or am I the only one that finds this satisfying?
