That was a heart.
Okay, fatshionistas...
My fiance is engagement ring shopping, so I want to make sure I get the right size. I've gotten my ring finger sized twice, both times in the evening, and both places said a size 6 was perfect.
I decided that, because my fingers do sometimes swell noticeably overnight, I was going to get a size 6 costume jewelry ring and just wear it for a few days to make sure the fit was good. Well, just as I expected, my fingers swelled up, and the ring is now much tighter. It isn't PAINFUL, but I definitely could not get it off this morning. I've been up for about 30 minutes, and I'm waiting for it to go down enough to get it off.
I'm concerned that if I go up a half a size, the ring will be too loose (especially in the winter months) and spin on my finger, or even worse, come off while I'm wearing it.
What do you ladies think? Since it's not *painful,* is it better just to leave it this size, even though I can't get it off?
