I already have the text of this story somewhere on my old PC, but what I am really keen to find out is who the author was. It was a very dark, sadistic tale about Carnie Wilson being taken hostage, having her surgery reversed and then being force fed (nearly to death, if I recall rightly).

It was right up my alley fantasy wise and so I want to find out who wrote it and if they have any more material. I've tried Googling phrases from it but with no luck. I just wondered if it was familiar to anyone else.
