Screening for autism?

I was misdiagnosed of being partially autistic as a child during the early 2000's. As a 23F I still wonder if I have it. I took an online test and scored 19 out of 30. But of course it may not be accurate.

I someday need to make an appointment. However, I'm honestly nervous to do it alone. Last time when I had Covid the doctor I had was pretty mean and I was alone without a parent.

Rambling aside, what was anyone's experience like? Is it not as bad as I am overthinking about to be?
