I try to go as often as possible...and having a conversation with some friends of mine (who are also fat), made me wonder why other fat women don't go get treatments...I was told that some are embarassed because of the extra weight and other just aren't into it - the latter I readily believe. I have been fortunate to have a very fat friendly esthetician (in fact, she's a fattie too!), so I don't feel out of place, so to speak. I just made an appointment for a massage, aromatherapy oil wrap and spa pedicure - I am forever having something done.
So, are there any other fat ladies who partake of the pampering as well? What services do you have done?
For those of you who haven't gone - is it because you haven't found a place that is fat friendly? Not your thing? Etc?
Just wanted to open up a dialogue because I think it's especially important that big women pamper themselves - it's something that skinny women have long done...it's about time we start!
