Starting a BBW Business

My girlfriend and I have talked about quitting our day jobs and starting a BBW/BHM business. One idea we had was custom-tailored clothes for a person of ANY size. You pick the fabric and design, our tailor measure you, then we ship your new custom clothing right to your door. Just one of many ideas.

I'd like to hear from our friends of all shapes and sizes on what size-friendly business you think NEEDS to be started.
