I'm trying to stay out of Hyde Park (or at least not say anything in there). Things seem to be tense there of late, and I have enough of that.
So here's a thread for y'all. Post here something you've done in the past 6 months that was just to be nice to someone, help someone out, or make your community better. Whatever it is.
I will be speaking on the Holocaust on Monday. I think it helps because there is so much misinformation. People should understand how terrible humans are to each other at times. Perhaps seeing a historical example will help people be more sensitive to other moments and instances of cruelty and violence against others. And we have all too many examples of those today.
