The Break Up.

not the movie. so i'm wondering, has anyone ever experienced a GOOD break up that was mutually liberating, but spawned no animocity or ill-will? i ask because i just went through one and i'm sort of a wreck...any nuggest of wisdom to impart concerning such a situation? or ohh better yet how to cope? cuz i'm NOT good at this.
