The Cleveland show - Fat and Wet episode

I am like most of the Seth MacFarlane work, however like Alexandrea Borstein said

I would not be surprised if someone sets you on fire.

So, I was interested when I saw the episode description, for the one titled "Fat and Wet"

Cleveland Jr. and Kendra, ashamed of their appearance in a swimsuit, feel left out of the fun when the family spends an afternoon in the pool and petition to pass a bill to grant equal rights for those who are overweight. Disgruntled by their defeat in the polls, Junior and Kendra flee to Wisconsin, a land where they feel more free and accepted, and Cleveland and Lester vow to bring them back to where they belong.

But, then I remember how wrote the Family guy episode "Fat Guy Strangler" and now I am that I should be prepared to be offended as well.

Anyone else thinking the same thing?
