What is your Family Lineage/Heritage?

My Mother's parents were Scottish/English immigrants to this country so that makes me a third generation American. I have attended the "Scottish Highland Games" in my area, which is a celebration of the Scottish Heritage. I have descended from clan Gordon- but it was given special honor of being called "House of Gordon" at the last games event I attended. (They were somehow close to the royal family and hence, the honorary name, is my understanding of it.)
