When my Dad was diagnosed with cancer, and later told he only had a 50% of living past the next two years, it was one of the worst moments of my entire life.

I had never really thought about losing someone i loved, and just thinking about it really upset me.

But i talked to it with my friends, and their support helps me through this tough time. It's still not certain whether or not he'll be ok, i can only hope he'll be alright.

Just asking how do you deal with your problems or fears. Cause you should never hide it, not from your friends. Their the ones who care about you most and will want to help you. Hiding it only makes it worse, as i found before i started telling people. It'll eat you up inside and when your down you'll have no-one to understand and help you feel better.

Just remember, friends are there for you (though i'm not trying to advocate me being your friend, i may not even know you. I'm just saying dont keep your feelings to yourself all the time, it helps more often than not to tell others).
