I was watching TLC tonite... the show on was about a man who had his face ripped off by a bear. He managed to get a donated face....yes donated. Faces can be donated just like organs....I thought how cool. So I asked my friend would you donate your mothers face? your childrens face to save a life?
To my surprise he said no, I really couldn't believe his answer because he is always on me about doing the nice, good thing to do. He asked me the same question and I answered Yes I would. If my sons body had not been water damaged I would of donated his whole body. 1 human body can save 5 lives...if I'm not mistaken. My son is gone but if he could of saved those lives himself alive which I know he would hesitate why stop him from it now that he is gone. So...yes I would donate my sons face and the rest of him.
