I was sick as a dog all last week. Puking, butt-soup, aches and pains...nothing would stay down. Eating was halted for a good 4 days and my appetite still isnt what it used to be. When I finally came back to work, a few people made the comment that I must've lost some weight from the sickness. I'll admit, I was curious, so I weighed myself. The scale was about 10 pounds lighter than the last time Id weighed myself (which was about 2 weeks ago). When some of the girls I work with heard Id lost 10 pounds from being sick they congratulated me, liked Id accomplished something amazing. They even went so far as to say they wish they would get sick so they'd stop eating and lose weight. HELLO! I WAS SICK! I WAS IN PAIN AND SUFFERING! What happened was not healthy!!!n It was not a fun experience, I do not wish it on anyone! Why anyone would want to get sick is beyond me. People are really really screwy.
