Amusement Parks/ Disney

So, my family and I are thinking about Disney in the upcoming year, my kids are the right age. With the extreme cost of this place, I wonder how accomodating they are to people of size. The last time I was there I was 100 lbs less than now. We live close to Dollywood and have not went several times because it is close to 50 bucks a person and I don't know if I would even be able to ride most of the rides. Any input from other people on the board who have recently attended any amusement park and rode rides? Particularly interested in Disney/Epcot.
