Saw this in my paper this week.
They take fat from other parts of the body and inject it into the butt (permanent augmentation)
Doctors have even advised patient to gain weight so they would have enough fat to do the injection of concentrated fat in their buttocks.

Imagine that!: DOCTORS ADVISING FOR WEIGHT GAIN
