The UK is leading a big war against obesity. The last measure passed
by the British Government aims to pay fat parents to walk to their
children's school.

"Any activity deserve a reward". The British obese will be rewarded
for their efforts.
Every time they exercise, they will get a coupon for healthy food or
for use in a sports store.

The British government plans to install time clocks in schools and at
public transport stations where fat people redeem points by using
their special monitoring cards.

This experiment will be tested first in Manchester, and if
successful, it will be spread across the country.
Please let me know what you think
