I have been searching for a Northwest group that caters to Straight and Bi BBWs, BHMs, FFAs and what do ya know, there are none. So I was thinking of starting a nationwide group and not just for the northwest.

What can I do to make this the best group, and what are the pitfalls that most groups fall into?
