I just signed up with Grokker.com - has anyone else used it? It's (at least for now) a free interactive site to use to watch full length videos on different forms of yoga, fitness, and cooking - they've even started a beginning yoga class offered many times throughout the day that I am seriously thinking of signing up for. I am not affiliated with it by any means but it might be worth checking out. So far, I've watched some Gentle & Warm Up yoga routines and I like what I see.
