Hi folks
well coming from the land of cold & rain health insurance was never an issue however since my move to the good old US of A I have become more and more concerned over health care. I know there will likely be a previous thread of information on this somewhere I just couldnt find it and this probably isnt the right board.... I am sure I will get something right some day! lol.
Does anyone know of an insurance company who will offer medical cover to someone my size? 350ish. The only companies I have seen that offer any kind of cover for me I have discovered after research are basically a scam, with little or no cover and mainly a type of discount program that is capped and very limited. As Tony is self employed he doesnt have health cover either. So my question is;

1) Are there any companies that do not exclude people who are over weight for health cover?

2) Any idea on cost etc?

3) Advice in how folk here can look after health needs without bankrupting themselves would be greatly appreciated! :bow: thanks

I just found the sticky thread in the health forum .... I knew Id seen something on health insurance before! But I would still like to hear what experience people have had with health insurance and any tips or advice
