My name is Van. This is my first post on this board. First I want say hello to all the fellas and the ladies that love them. I am 24 yrs old and I am a college graduate. I work as a security guard for now. This morning I was doing some crunches and I noticed a little jiggling around my mid-section. I lost 30lbs but I am a fat man at heart. I miss my fat and I want it back. I would just like some encouragement to help me along the way.
