Hi everybody,
well, I finally decided to start working out on my stationary bike. Building up some stamina, you know. And I've heard it's good to prevent heart disease and diabetes, too.
However, I don't know how to do it "right". At what intensity (pulse rate), how long and how often a week should I be exercising to increase my health? I don't wanna do it for losing weight, I just want to get "fit" and healthy.
Does anybody have some advice for me?
Thanks a lot in advance.
