As for all that legal mumbo-jumbo, you are free to do whatever with the picture with in a creative bubble. in other words, you may post it on your webpage, or share with friends, but please do not alter the picture too much. If you gain recognition via the picture, please remember me! If you make any money off the picture, ex; useing it as a banner to your paysite, I will not try to claim any profits. But if you make prints of the picture, and sell them, I do expect compensation. I think i'm being fair ^.^
