At first I thought this was a new FA on DA, but then I noticed elements of BeakerFA's old work. The artist says he was "cutting and pasting certain elements of it from another piece I did".
But then it hit me. BeakerFA wouldn't make such a messy collage with his own work. Also he wouldn't re-use his own stuff, just draw new things.
So, I think this is plagarized material.
I will give the artist a chance to post a rebuttal here, if I am mistaken.
