Larger sized patterns

Hi everyone,
Im sure this question has been asked before but Im new to the board and havent seen any threads on the subject yet.

I wear a womans size 38. I sew alittle but not an expert at extending patterns. Almost all the BBW patterns stop at 34..Well, Im a SSBBW.
Anyone know of any pattern website or fabric stores in Virginia that specialize in SSBBW sizes?
