The war in Iraq has changed and is becoming minimal at best. The war in Afganistan is still a hot war but the reports of 2014 being correct than it will end within 2-3 years. My question is should there be a memorial for these wars and if so what is the acceptable amount of time after the conflict to build the memorial. I don't really have an idea and am wondering if anyone has a good idea?
