Ok this is more of a "Can you help?" thread.
2 weeks ago I was sent to the ER with what appeared at frist to be heart burn, well, sevral hours later, it turned out I had a very sever case of stomic inflamation. long story short there is no guarentee its completly healed and won't know untill I get back from college. As a result I have to eat foods without a lot of spice, very little fiber, and slim on acids... SO Instead of being stuck on bread and plain pasta for the next... 4 weeks... do any of you know of some food I could prepare that meets the above, but actuialy has a bit of flavor?
I've been mostly on bread and pasta with a few meal execptions for 2 weeks now (getting desprate for flavor)
