I've been interested in getting a pole for exercise, but I'm not sure if any are sturdy enough. I know I've seen some in some of the pictures some women post here so I was wondering what other women's experiences with the poles have been. What brand did you get? How much weight does it hold? How easy was it to mount and what pole tricks can you do on it?
