As you might have seen from my previous posts, I have been struggling with gaining weight for a LONG time. Yesterday I just had the idea that i might be able to START gaining by significantly slowing down my metabolism by fasting. I just have a couple questions for you guys, who might know about this topic: first off, i want to keep as much weight as possible. so what would be the shortest time i could fast for with efficient results on slowing down my metabolism? also, how long does this metabolism slow-down stick around for after you're done fasting? If you have any other tips or advice, please comment. Thank You!
