This would seem to be a common view of the Obama Administration and perhaps a large number of the liberal public. That without the liberal elites in government to tell us what to eat, drink and everything else in our live; we the public are just too stupid.
Of course, maybe Rush Limbaugh is on to something Conservatives and Republicans never believed in Obamacare. Maybe all the lies and deceptions were devised to trick all those that believed in it? Is Gruber calling these people stupid.
