I've noticed, as I'm sure many people here have, that there are two kinds of eaters. Some people can eat and eat until they explode into a gooey mess (eep!), and some people feel sick when they get full and can't eat anymore without feeling sick. If one were so inclined, how would he or she be able to overcome that food competition handycap? What causes being sick rather than just being full? Are there foods that help someone get over it? Is it something you can just break through one day and no longer get sick at all, or can you only gradually increase your appetite? Anyone ever have this problem (anyone who considered it a problem that is :p), and overcome it?

Let me know what do ya know fellas!
