I've been 30 for less than three weeks, and I'm honestly waiting for something inside me to click and make me feel my age.

    So far....nothing.

When will it all come together that I'm an adult.
    Adult.
    Mature.

I'm not ready,I still wear Teen Spirit!!

    Nah, you're still a tweenager.

I figured it out when I was a kid reading The Hobbit. As humans live longer, the age brackets change. Hobbits have their coming-of-age ceremony at age 33 so you still have a few years to grow up.

I'm halfway through my 30s and I still don't feel mature.

36 here... going back to college in winter.

    A. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up.

    B. Having my son at an early age, 20, I now finally feel like I should have in my 20s. I don't feel "mature".... definitely not 36.

I feel older but not necessarily more mature than when I was younger. A bit wiser, but not someone who knows everything.

There's a saying I like: "Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional."

I just turned thirty in July and all I feel is a lack of accomplishment.

I actually almost went to the 20's forum because I still feel like a twentysomething.
