"Bitter Old Man"
We are at Carla's step-mother's apartment for Easter, and looking at all of the wonderful food inspired me to ask others who celebrate this holiday what they are having for dinner today.
We opened our meal with shrimp cocktails & home made cocktail sauce. Next up was a huge loaf of rosemary focaccia served with a dipping oil of olive oil, balsamic vinegar & spices. Along with that was home made mozzerella cheese, home made roasted peppers w/garlic & oil, fresh slized tomatoes, and pitted calamata olives.
Dinner consisted of a spiral sliced ham from Heavenly Ham, roasted vegetables, a cauliflower casserole w/ olice oil & parmesan cheese, italian potato salad, and ummmmm.......I'm not sure about dessert.
