This is way off topic, but I am taking up a part-time nanny job for one 5-month-old boy. I have worked with elementary-school-aged kids forever, but I have no idea what I am going to do with a baby all day. I am looking forward to it being a little less physically demanding than say, sitting for 4 year old boys, but what exactly does one do with a baby for 8 hours a day?
