Ok, I said it! That's half the battle right there, right? right?! LOL!
Ok everyone - describe your most ideal cookie!!
I want a home made choclate chip cookie. Room temp, not warm. Made with semi-sweet chocolate chips but not a lot. I prefer fewer chocolate chips because the cookie part tastes SOOOOO good! And it has to be crunchy. Not damage the roof of your moth crunchy, but NOT soft. And it should be medium to large. No tiny cookies I just pop into my mouth. It could have walnuts, I suppose, but prefer just the cookie and a few chips!
When I was young, my aunt made "Cowboy Cookies". I have found recipes over the years for "Cowboy Cookies" but have never been able to repeat the fabulous taste from childhood.
