One of my biggest issues I'm dealing with lately is that I don't get as much physical activity as I should and movement is essential for both my physical *and* mental health.Due to circumstances I'm not going to get into here, walking for long distances isn't really an option for me. I have successfully used a stationary bike to get into better physical condition in the past so I know I don't mind using them all that much and I know that it's possible for me to bike my way to better health.Sure it's a bit boring but I figure I can just pop my ipod on and peddle away.I do cringe at the thought of how much a bike rated to that weight might cost though...but I'm still thinking seriously of getting one. So,does anyone know if there are any exercise bikes out there that can handle a person who weighs around 390,400 pounds? Any advice would be appreciated!
